I believe that we are adapting and changing all the time in our lives. Are you the same person that you were five or 10 years ago? I doubt it. So that means you can change the way you are – if you want to – but sometimes we all need extra support to do this.
My name is Jill Tonks and I am a Neuro-coach, Therapist, Trainer and Consultant. Over the last fifteen years I have worked with many individuals and helped them create transformative change in their lives.

I also specialise in resilience and well-being in the workplace. Having worked in the public and the private sector and been a Consultant to Macmillan and the Samaritans in the past, I now offer one to one coaching, team facilitation, training and consultancy to a broad range of organisations.
I worked in the Probation Service for over twenty years, as a Probation Officer and as a Regional Learning and Development Manager. I am an experienced facilitator and I have undertaken a broad range of training over the years in cognitive approaches, positive psychology, solution focused coaching, hypnotherapy , neuro-linguistic programming and I am also trauma trained in Advanced EMDR.
Change is inevitable. Adaptation is not.
