The content is based on my hundreds of hours of practice and my personal journey through life’s challenges and I’ve distilled down the four most useful things I’ve learned to help you take back control of your mental and emotional health.

My aim in these workshops is that you will begin to understand and take back control of your mind more than you ever have before!
So, you will learn:
- Week 1 – why the mind is our biggest gift and yet can be our biggest curse and how to begin to manage it better.
- Week 2 – how to manage those horrible, critical conversations we have with ourselves, so they become a force for good.
- Week 3 – how to harness your negative emotions in a positive way
- Week 4 -How to live your life using your values- what’s important to you, what gets you up in the morning- as your internal navigation system. One of my mantras is ‘your values are to your mind what your skeleton is to your body.’
